This notice describes how to use and how manage Safe kidsapp, with reference to the handling and processing of personal data of users as well as information about special permission that Safe kids app requires and how it is used.
The privacy notice is provided only for the app Safe Kids(“Mobile Application”) and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein.
1. SENSITIVE DATA PERMISSIONS
To be able to use Safe Kids mobile application the user is required to accecpt a series of permissions to access sensitive phone data that will be used to deliver the app features. The permissions that the use of Safe Kids mobile application include:
• BACKGROUND LOCATION
In order to use Safe Kids mobile application you are required to accept accept to grand location permissions (ALL THE TIME WHILE THE APPLICATION IS OPENED AND CLOSED) to Safe Kids mobile application you acknowledge that you are fully aware that we need the use of your phone location information while Safe Kids mobile application is open and also in the background while Safe kids is closed.
We only use the phone location data to detect the location for the lost child and the speed of your car. We do not have any further intentions to use it for any other case. We use the phone location information in the background while Safe Kids is closed to know when the car has stopped, and to send an alert that you have stopped so that you do not forget your child inside the car.
These permissions can be revoked from the phone settings at any time.
When Safe kids mobile application is using you location information when the app is closed or when it is opened, a notification will be displayed at the top of your phone informing you that Safe kids is collecting and processing your data. The mentioned notification will allow you also to stop Safe kids from processing your information at any time.
We do not share your location information with any other parties or other users of Safe Kids, all of your information are kept confidential and safe in our database.
• IGNORE PHONE BATTERY OPTIMISATION SETTINGS
When using Safe kids mobile application you will be asked for the permission to ignore your phone battery optimisation settings and allow Safe kids to execute and process your data even when Safe kids mobile application is closed.
This is required to allow the app to always process your data and automatically detect when you are driving and when you have stopped driving to send an alert that you have stopped so that you do not forget your child inside the car.
These permissions can be revoked from the phone settings at any time.
When Safe kids mobile application is processing your data while the app is closed or when it is opened, a notification will be displayed at the top of your phone informing you that Safe kids is collecting and processing your data. The mentioned notification will allow you also to stop Safe kids from processing your information at any time.
• IGNORE PHONE BATTERY OPTIMISATION SETTINGS
When using Safe kids mobile application you will be askedfor the permission to allow Safe kids to draw over other apps.
This is required to allow the app to always show you an alert when an event happens even if Safe kids mobile application is closed.
These permissions can be revoked from the phone settings at any time.
When Safe kids mobile application is processing your data while the app is closed or when it is opened, a notification will be displayed at the top of your phone informing you that Safe kids is collecting and processing your data. The mentioned notification will allow you also to stop Safe kids from processing your information at any time.
2. DATA CONTROLLER
CYBER ONE LTD Safe Kids owner is the Data Controller - pursuant to articles 4, number 7), and 24 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, with registered office in Israel, Nazareth st 1011 box 9240- of the process operating under this Safe kids mobile application, on the data of the subjects accessing the safe kids mobile application or browsing and / or requesting services through the safe kids mobile application itself.
The processing of data will be performed by employees or collaborators of CYBER ONE LTD, and will not be shared or sold to any third party or other users of the Safe kids mobile.
3. INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO USE SAFE KIDS
• Avoid adjusting or using the application while driving.
• We are not responsible for any harm that may happen to you in case the application stops working or a technical problem occurs.
• We are not responsible if you adjust the application in a wrong way.
• We do not use your information for any marketing targets, we use them to improve the application. We only aim to keep you children safe and your information encrypted.
• Using the application will not prevent accidents but it reduces them so you have to take all the precautions into consideration.
• the application is made to help only the parents, so there is no responsibility on application programmer and it's only your responsibility. Using the application means your agreement to the application conditions and instructions.
